A friend invited us over years ago and served this. We have been eating it ever since.

It’s definitely good enough for company.

Cook 4 chicken breasts and chop into bite-size pieces. Set aside.

Shred 1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese.

In a saucepan, heat:

1 large can cream of chicken soup

2-3 green onions

1 (4 oz.) diced green chilies

Add 1 pint of sour cream. Warm this mixture up, but don’t boil (the sour cream will curdle if you do).

Add the cooked chicken.

Fill tortillas with 1 spoonful of chicken mixture and a little bit of cheese.

Roll and place in a 9″x13″ pan. You can top with some shredded cheese if you want.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
