Jumbo Meatballs

This an easy recipe. These are giant versions of your favorite meatballs and are full of cheese.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine until moistened:

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup hot water
1 egg
1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Add and mix well:

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup ketchup

Shape into 8 2-inch meatballs.
Place on a greased baking sheet. Spread with ketchup.

Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through (160 degrees).
